Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, stamped concrete, decorative finishes, repairs, and concrete leveling. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates for all projects based on site visits and assessments. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if you request changes to the scope of work. We will communicate any necessary price adjustments before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your project contract.
Project Timeline and Scheduling
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site access issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to minimize disruptions. Your cooperation in providing site access and clearing the work area helps ensure timely completion.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, marking underground utilities through your local utility notification service, removing vehicles and obstacles from the work zone, and ensuring pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. You must also obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to handle permit applications on your behalf.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on completed projects as outlined in your project contract. Warranty coverage typically includes defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, extreme weather events beyond normal conditions, ground settling, or modifications made by others. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing for your project.
Limitation of Liability
PR Park Ridge Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the direct costs of correcting defects in our workmanship. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden underground obstacles, or issues arising from factors beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For active projects, the terms in effect at the time of contract signing will govern that specific project.
